Refund and Cancellation Policy

Authorcart.ai does not charge a monthly hosting fee for standard storefront hosting, and there are no long-term platform contracts unless you separately sign a written agreement with us.

Authors may stop using the platform at any time. Some data, transaction records, or compliance records may be retained as described in our Privacy Notice and Terms and Conditions.

Authorcart.ai earns 10% of each book sale processed through the platform. Payment processors, fulfillment providers, and other third parties may charge separate fees.

If an eligible customer order is refunded through the supported checkout flow, the Authorcart.ai platform fee for that refunded sale may be reversed or credited where technically and commercially possible. Third-party processing fees may not be refundable.

Books and related products are sold by the author or storefront owner unless otherwise stated. The author or storefront owner is responsible for the product description, fulfillment, delivery, and customer-facing refund terms.

Digital products, ebooks, downloads, and access-based products may be final sale once delivered or accessed, except where refunds are required by law or offered by the author.

For physical products, authors should clearly state shipping, return, damage, and replacement policies on their storefront or in customer communications.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud reviews, and payment holds may be handled by the applicable payment processor. Authors may be responsible for chargeback costs, dispute fees, refunds, taxes, shipping costs, or other amounts tied to their sales.

The Harmony Divide LLC may cooperate with payment processors, banks, customers, and authors to investigate disputes and protect the service.

Because standard hosting is free, Authorcart.ai does not provide service credits for downtime, maintenance, bugs, or interruptions unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

We work to keep the service reliable, but no online platform can guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Authors and customers who need help with a payment, order, refund, cancellation, or account issue should contact us with the account email, storefront name, order details, and a clear description of the issue.
